Michelle is a born and raised New Yorker and attended school at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is a seasoned professional specializing in Visual Merchandising, Styling, Interior Design, Photoshoots, and Special Events. Her career started very early by working Retail for many brands such as J.Crew, Kenneth Cole, Club Monaco and Abercrombie & Fitch. It wasn’t until her senior year in college that she took an internship with Diesel, in the corporate office on the Retail buying team. Her skill set landed her a full-time position in visual where she helped grow the company in her 7 year tenure. While with Diesel, she helped the company build the business in both Retail and Wholesale by developing creative concepts, managing installations and setting directives. 

She then moved on to join the Phillips Van Heusen team where she was responsible for the in-store branding and visual standards for 7 sportswear brands. Michelle accomplished many milestones during her employment including the rollout over 500 shop-in shop environments and creating brand cohesiveness across all doors of distribution. Her team was also responsible for nationwide image rollouts, showroom design and fixture development.

After working at PVH she went on to work with many brands such as Prps, Cult of Individuality, True Religion, Akademics, Cavi, BCBG girls, Koolburra, amongst others.  In 2011, Michelle moved into her creative services role at Ralph Lauren. Michelle was able to work on several creative projects during her 8 years with the company. Her responsibilities included design, installation, sourcing and production for both Retail & Wholesale channels. She therefore had the privilege of working with several facets of the business including Home Collection, Women’s & Men’s Polo, Purple Label, Lauren, RRL, Denim & Supply, Accessories, Golf, Women’s Collection as well as Kids.

She thereupon went to work with David Yurman where she was responsible for visual and creative services for Retail and Wholesale. Her responsibilities included concepting, design and execution of all creative projects and interiors, the opening of their flagship store on 57th St and the global rollout of all advertising campaigns. 

Michelle is an innovative, detail orientated and fast paced worker who strives to provide exceptional creative leadership wherever she works. She is always eager to collaborate and partner in executing a brands vision but, most importantly she connects with people and develops relationships withstanding the tests of time.
